Loyalty Program FAQ
Why is there a price difference between men’s and women’s hair style discounts?
Men’s hairstyles typically cost less than women’s. Men’s hair styles often max out at $120, while women’s hair styles start at $100 and go up. Discounts are adjusted to stay proportional to service costs!
Loyalty Program Policy
1. Coupons must be used before advancing to a new tier; otherwise, they expire.
2. Tier advancement occurs at the qualifying appointment (e.g. If you’re at the bronze tier, your coupon can be used starting at Appointment 3. It must be used before Appointment 6. Same logic applies for other tiers)
3. Qualifying appointments are appointments that are more than $30!!
4. Coupons cannot be accumulated or combined.
Coupons are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who earned them.
